Yes we are recording again for what you may ask?… we don’t know ourselves haha we just record because we love to. Maybe another release in the near future. Anyway we discovered a cleaner way to record the glockenspiel and we are stoked about how it sounds. We borrowed my uncles mini-van, my parents civic, my sisters friends car, and my jeep and picked up as many people as we could, to come to my house and be improv actors. So I got it converted to a jazz bass with Geddy Lee Fender pickups. Its sounds amazing and I have all the options as my current Fender Jazz bass. There are 5 members in the band and they all take turns in leading songs. To my understanding they are all separate song writers and come together as The Geese. Its amazing what they add to each others songs, the dynamics of there sound is incredible. If you live in Vancouver they are playing at the Media Club on Wednesday Nov 30th for there CD release. He plays at The Backstage Lounge every wednesday night for West Coast Wednesdays. He’s a looping artist and I managed to take a shot of his pedal board and its crazy what he’s got going on. I thought my pedal board was confusing to look down at when playing live, not after seeing his haha. We find that with the amazing views in BC can be so inspiring. Anyways we decided to start venturing off and finding new places to enjoy our daily walks. We found this trail and saw this sign and thought we should try it. The sign said (CAUTION STEEP TRAIL WITH EXPOSED SECTIONS HANDS NEEDED) Well we never needed to use our hands in our daily walks so we went for it. The Yorkville Bassmaster sounds amazing,great features, reliable, no issues, tubes to warm up the sound and its made in Canada.</p> <p>I actually never planned on updating and I wasn’t shopping for a new amplifier but then I saw the new SWR Headlight. This Bass head is insane, the features are basically unbeatable and its so small compared to other bass amplifiers. This amp even has a tube in it, and only weights 4.8 pounds. Look at the photo to see the difference in size. </p> <p>I am still trying to figure out all the features but I am exciting to use it live and in the studio.
